In this very high mountain town/village (1600 meters above sea level), there is no fancy top-notch accommodation with luxurious facilities. Sapa Goldsea Hotel is one of the few big hotels standing in this town.

Sapa Goldsea Hotel is not a very modern hotel so we do not expect a superb quality but the rooms are well equipped and very clean. This hotel also offers breakfast and nice local food. For the price, we think this hotel is a good deal.

Travelers' Tips:

- Walk to CatCat to hire motorbikes to go see the other villages.

- There are H'mong women who gather in front of the hotel to try sell tourists their hand-made wares. They're persistent (but not in a bad way), so just don't show them that you are too interested in their hand-made products.

- Travelers can also hire a local  tour guide for around 14 USD to go to other H'mong village.
